It is with great pleasure that EmeSec announces our success as one of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) PACTS winners in Functional Category 4 - Technical Services. EmeSec and our team members look forward to a dynamic and productive relationship with DHS.

Functional Category 4 - Technical Services are defined as follows: The Contractor shall provide services in the support of physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, structures, processes, and systems. The assignments undertaken may involve any of the following activities: provision of advice, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, provision of technical services during the construction or installation phase, inspection and evaluation of engineering projects and related services.

The official Post Award Conference will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Facility in Washington, D.C.
